Jasmine Sims is a Milwaukee, Wi native. She is a lover of words and the power of stories. She started writing as a child and her gift was noticed and nurtured through her family and teachers. She was blessed to be mentored by writers such as Dasha Kelly and Preston Perry. She published her first poetry book “Done Being Strong” in 2021 and she joined the Poets in Autumn Tour in 2022. It is her hope to use her gifts and writing to share her faith and encourage others to live authentic lives.
